1. General Description

The free online vCard is a digital business card creation tool that provides the user with a unique way to showcase contact details and business information, accessible via URL or QR Code.

2. User Display (Front vCard)

• Business logo
• Business name and type
• Short description
• Contact details (phone, mobile, address)
• Social media links
• Button that leads to the business website

3. Sharing & URL

The user has the ability to:

• URL & QR Code: To obtain a unique URL and QR Code, which are used to easily share their vCard.

4. Configuration Settings

4.1 Colors

• Background Color: Color of the card background.
• Card Color: Color that fills the main container.
• Name Color: Color of the business name.
• Description Color: Color of the description text.
• Contact Details Color: Color for contact details text.
• Icon Color: Color of the icons (e.g. phone).
• Contact Title Color: Color of the contact section title.
• Website – Background: Color of the website button background.
• Website – Text Color: Text color inside the website button.

4.2 Typography

• Font: Font selection.
• Name Size: Font size for the name.
• Description Size: Font size for the description.
• Contact Title Size: Font size of the contact title.
• Contact Details Size: Font size for contact details.
• Icon Size: Size of the contact icons.
• Website – Font Size: Font size of the website button text.
• Website – Padding: Spacing around the button text.

4.3 Layout

• vCard Layout: Choice between different image and content layouts.

4.4 Status

• Active: The vCard is public and accessible to users.
• Inactive: The vCard is private and users cannot view it. If they attempt to visit the URL, the message “The vCard is inactive.” will be displayed.

Click “Save” to apply the changes.

5. User Data

• Logo: Business image.
• Business Name: Business name.
• Business Type: Professional sector.
• Description: Short business description.
• Social Media Links: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X.
• Phone 1 & Phone 2: Contact phone numbers.
• Mobile: Mobile phone number.
• Fax: Fax number.
• Email: Email address.
• Address: Full address.
• Google Maps URL: Google Maps link that opens when the user selects the address.
• Website: Business website.

Any field left empty will not appear in the final result.
Click “Update” to save and update the vCard with the new data.

Important Notes

• The website is checked before submission to confirm it exists and has a secure SSL connection.
• The email is checked before submission to confirm it exists and has valid MX records.
• Please verify your links before submitting them. If they do not meet the above requirements, they will not be accepted.
